3LION is the innovative range of NDS batteries built with reliable Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) technology which, combined with the BMS electronic board inside the battery and the control unit system (3Link), guarantees the best performance in the field of service power. 3LION is not a classic lithium battery, but an advanced energy system with its own multi-function BMS, with unique features that allow truly innovative use and benefits. 3LION communicates exclusively with 3Link, which becomes the heart of the energy system. All the positives of the vehicle's system, the engine battery, the 3LION battery and all the loads, so as not to strain the electrical system, are connected to the 3Link, which acts as the control unit.
The 3LION System is a complete kit which, thanks to the 3Link and the control display, allows better charge management while travelling, obtaining the maximum current from the alternator, up to 75A (depending on the alternator) and reducing charging times, allowing greater autonomy during stops. Once the engine is switched off, the 3LION service battery will be able, via the control unit (3Link), to supply current to all on-board loads: lights, heating, coffee machines, etc. The LiFePO4 technology used for the 3LION, unlike traditional Li-Ion or LiPO, is extremely safe and reliable over time thanks to its particular characteristics. The control unit (3Link) communicates with a touch-screen display (optional) that shows all available information on the battery status, charging systems and on-board consumption.

iMANAGER was born from continuous research and the experience gained with PowerSwitch and EnergyMeter, and was designed and developed entirely by NDS.
iManager is the innovative management system for all the batteries and on-board energy demands, which allows several batteries, even of different technologies and capacities, to be managed simultaneously or separately, improving their overall performance and avoiding the need to connect the accumulators in "permanent parallel". The automatic battery disconnect function preserves battery life.
Thanks to the touch display it shows all available information, both on the charge status of the accumulators and on usage modes, allowing you, with a simple touch, to manually select the batteries to activate or deactivate, for more personalised management.
